This shot was taken at the Oak Hill Park war memorial.
I think, (don't quote me on this!) the girl is his granddaughter, after the servece she ran over at full speed and threw here arms around him. I love how proud he looks and how happy she obviously is. I was standing pretty much next to him as this happened, so I felt obliged to capture the moment. This is one of my favourite shots of the day.
I'd love to find out who they are and give them a print
